Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. After reviewing your request, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without their original packaging, or marked as final sale or non-returnable. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
