Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

We use trusted shipping carriers, including FedEx, USPS, and UPS, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page using your Order ID and Billing Email Address.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $29 USD. Orders below this amount are subject to a flat $9.90 USD shipping fee.

Patch Centre does not collect sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or tariffs at checkout. Any applicable government fees or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, for most U.S. deliveries, no additional customs or import charges are typically required.
