Cancellation Policy
At Patch Centre, we understand that you may need to change or cancel your order. If so, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are eligible for a full refund.
After 48 hours, or once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted and no refund will be issued. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for available options.
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.
If Patch Centre is unable to fulfill your order due to stock availability, payment verification, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
